Back in   March 2021  , Dark Reunion was founded on Phoenix. For the last couple of years the Free company has been steadily growing to foster a small community of friends, who have helped each other through the world of eorzea.I'll be honest, I'm still not sure how we've thrived so well but here we are!

We dont discriminate and welcome    All Player Types    to join, whether you are    Casual Gamer    ,    Raider    or even a    Explorer & Adventurer   , if you are like minded like we all are, and a genuinely nice person, We welcome you with open arms!

Both Interior and exterior designs have been completed by them, The current design is setup for the expansion of   Dawntrail.  As an additional benefit,   Every New and existing member that joins the FC is Gifted by leadership, a Free company room to personalise for themselves.   In order to receive this benefit you must be a member for over 1 Month.    9AM - 8PM ST.s  We have strict guidelines we wish for ANYBODY visiting to follow.   Please make yourself familiar   with the rules as they will help you in the long run!Please reach out via In-game between   9AM - 8PM ST   If we are unable to find you in-game please make sure to be online so we can contact you, Most cases Myself or any Admin's will catch you when you are online! Worse case if you find any FC Members out in the wild, shoot them a message to grab our attention!

The Interview

process

As we don't blindly accept all new recruits within our boundary, I like to have a   1 on 1 Interview   with new potential members to get to know you beforehand, It helps gauge if we are a good fit for you also before joining. Below are a few questions you could be expected to asked:

  •   What   made us stand out to make it so you'd want to join?

  •   What   do you like doing in your day to day in-game?

  •   Was   you in a FC Previously, how was that experience? what made you leave?

  •    How    are you! Are you having a good day?

  •   What   do you expect overall from joining the FC, Are there any things we can do help with joining?

While each and every other FC, Is not for everybody, I as the sole FC Leader do my upmost best to make sure that the environment for   ALL Players   a safe environment and any drama/discourse or bullying is dealt with as soon as it comes to my attention. Banter is fine but only if both parties are involved. All of our rules are on our discord server which matchup to the rules we do our best to keep to, regardless if you are a long-standing member or a newcomer.
